THE PROCESS
PLAN
We’ll schedule a 15-20 minute call to discuss the goal and details of your project. We will also set the timeline for each milestone so we’re on the same page with progress.
VISUALIZE
I’ll send you 2-3 designed slides to make sure we’re on the right path with the design. I’ll need honest feedback here, it’s best to make major design changes in this phase before I finish out the deck.
finalize
With your feedback from the visualize phase, I’ll complete the remainder of your deck! We’ll go through allowed revisions and then I’ll hand off the final assets for your project!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take to complete my project?
A typical project (around 20 slides) takes 5-7 days to complete from the time you provide all the necessary content (copy, photos, etc.).
I'm in a pinch, is it possible to have finished project in 3 days or less?
Oooh, I work well under pressure! It will vary upon deadlines of other projects in the hopper. Please reach out if you need a project expedited to see if I have availability. An additional charge will apply to rush projects, and this rush fee depends on how shortened the timeline becomes and the scope of the project. It is possible? Yes, sure is!
What do you need to get started and how should I send it to you?
I will need a high resolution version of your logo (preferably a vector file, ending in .ai or .eps), branding guide (if you have one) and any other assets, such as photos, that you want included.
Please send your content on slides or in outline format. If you have a specific vision for a particular slide, feel free to include an inspirational graphic or description of your vision to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Are you able to source images for my project?
Yes! I primarily use Adobe Stock and Shutterstock. I can send you links to the images so you can purchase the licensing, or I can purchase, add it to your invoice and license it in your company’s name.
In the initial design phase, I will use watermarked images and once approved I will swap them out for the high resolution images.
What if I prefer you don't include my project in your portfolio?
Just let me know and I will note your file that it is not to be shared on any platforms or with anyone. Your content is your content, and I understand that there are scenarios where you only want certain eyes to see it.
Will I be able to edit the final powerpoint file?
Yes, you will! Certain elements of your presentation such as backgrounds and high creative design areas will be be created in Photoshop or Illustrator, thus will not be able to be edited. BUT – as much as possible, text will be in text boxes in PowerPoint that you will be able to edit.
What's the best way to communicate?
Most clients prefer email, but I’m open to your preferred communication style! I’m happy to create a project with deadlines in Basecamp, also.
How many revisions are allowed for my project?
Depending on your selected package, you get anywhere from 2-unlimited revisions. I understand that you may notice changes you’d like to make once you see the layout.
If you’ve maxed out your allowed revisions, but still need more edits, those will be completed at a rate of $50/hr.
